Five services, from a one-day assessment to a complete turnkey project. Each can be commissioned on its own or combined.
Sensory Audit
A fixed-price assessment of an existing space: lobby, rooms, restaurant or spa. We visit at different hours and record light levels, colour temperature, noise, scent, materials and guest flow.
You receive a written report with a prioritised list of improvements, from quick adjustments to larger works, with indicative costs. Typically one day on site and a report within ten working days. The fee is fixed and quoted in advance.
Sensory Concept & Interior Design
The full design of a space, with every sense planned from the start. Concept and moodboard, materials and finishes, lighting plan with scenes, acoustic treatment, furniture selection, technical drawings and specifications.
For new openings, renovations of rooms and suites, lobbies, restaurants and spas.
Signature Atmosphere
The layers that guests remember without seeing: a scent identity for the property, a soundscape for each area and lighting scenes for each hour of the day. Developed with specialist perfumers and sound designers, and documented so your team can keep them consistent.
Turnkey Fit-out
We coordinate the works and deliver the space ready to open, with our sister company Sensuri Homes. One contact for craftsmen, suppliers and schedule, with Swiss project management and Portuguese workshops for furniture, joinery and textiles.
Sensory Real Estate
Show apartments, sales galleries and common areas that let buyers feel a project before it is built. For developers and promoters of premium residential projects in Switzerland and Portugal.
