Sensuri – Sensory & Erotic Interior Design (Rue de Gruyères 103-95, 1630 Bulle, Switzerland) is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and website users.   

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard personal data, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, effective September 1, 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679) 

Privacy and discretion are core values of our services, particularly given the sensory and erotic nature of our design work and products.  

  1. Data We Collect  

According to Art. 5 nFADP and Art. 4(1) GDPR, we may collect the following categories of personal data:   

Data you provide: name, delivery address, email, phone number, payment details (processed securely by third-party providers), and information submitted via contact forms.  

Automatically collected data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, time spent on the site.  

Cookies & analytics: we use Google Analytics to monitor website usage and improve user experience.  

     2.Purposes of Processing  

In accordance with Art. 6(1) GDPR and Art. 31 nFADP, data is processed for the following purposes:  

  • To process and deliver online orders;  
  • To respond to inquiries and customer service requests;  
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations;  
  • To ensure website security and prevent fraud; To analyze website traffic and improve our services.  

    3.Legal Basis    

Processing of personal data is based on:  

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Art. 31 nFADP);  

Consent (for cookies and optional analytics – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 6 nFADP);  

Legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR / Art. 31 nFADP);  

Legitimate interest in maintaining security and improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).  

    4.Data Sharing  

In line with Art. 9 nFADP and Art. 28 GDPR, we only share personal data with trusted partners when strictly necessary:  

Payment processors for secure transactions;  

Dropshipping and logistics partners (e.g., suppliers in Poland shipping to Switzerland and the EU);  

Hosting provider (servers located in Switzerland); Legal authorities, when required by law.  

We never sell or disclose personal data for marketing purposes to third parties.  

    5.International Transfers  

As per Art. 16 nFADP and Arts. 44–49 GDPR, any transfers outside Switzerland or the EU are subject to appropriate safeguards, including:  

  • Transfers only to countries recognized as providing adequate data protection; or  
  • Use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.  

    6.Data Retention  

In compliance with Art. 5(1)(e) GDPR and Art. 6 nFADP 

  • Contractual and billing data: retained for up to 10 years (Swiss legal requirement);  
  • Contact form data: retained only as long as necessary to respond; Cookies/analytics: retained according to Google’s retention periods (typically up to 26 months).  

    7.Data Security  

As required by Art. 8 nFADP and Art. 32 GDPR, we implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.  

    8.Age Restriction  

Our products and services are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and over (or the legal age in their country of residence). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.  

    9.Confidentiality of Design Projects  

Given the sensitive nature of our work, Sensuri guarantees absolute confidentiality regarding all interior design projects:  

No photos, videos, or descriptions of client projects will be published on our website, social media, or marketing materials without the client’s prior, explicit, written consent.  

By default, all projects remain strictly private 

If consent is granted, Sensuri ensures that:  

  • Clients and addresses remain fully anonymous;  
  • Images may be anonymized or limited to neutral details (e.g., product close-ups or conceptual renders).  
  • Clients may withdraw consent for the use of project images at any time  (Art. 7(3) GDPR / Art. 31 nFADP).  

    10.Your Rights  

In line with Arts. 25–29 nFADP and Arts. 12–22 GDPR, you have the right to:  

  • Access your personal data;  
  • Request rectification or deletion;  
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);  
  • Request restriction or object to processing;  
  • Request data portability (Art. 20 GDPR / Art. 28 nFADP);  
  • File a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your national supervisory authority in the EU.  

    11-Policy Updates  

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In accordance with Art. 19 nFADP and Art. 13(3) GDPR, any material changes will be published on this page with the date of revision.
